CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to appointments booked through Doctor2me. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every appointment booked on or after June 30, 2026

HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

Email intake@doctor2me.com or call (866) 362-1499 as early as possible. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it, and the time we receive it is what determines the refund below.

REFUNDS WHEN YOU CANCEL

Timing is measured against the scheduled start time of your appointment.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% service charge applies, and the remaining 50% is refunded.

 If you cancel after the doctor has departed for your location or has arrived, no refund is issued.

 The 50% service charge is calculated on the fee for the appointment you booked.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule at no charge if you tell us 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time. A request to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment is treated as a cancellation under the terms above, unless the treating practice agrees otherwise.

WHEN YOU ALWAYS RECEIVE A FULL REFUND

 Regardless of timing, you will receive a full refund of everything you paid if:

- no physician accepts your appointment request;

- the treating practice or the physician cancels, or does not arrive;

- the service is not rendered for any other reason not attributable to you.

WHO CHARGES THESE FEES

 Every physician who sees Doctor2me patients practices through their own independently owned professional entity (the "treating practice"). Any cancellation or service charge under this policy is charged by, and owed to, the treating practice that was scheduled to see you - the practice that has agreed to these standard terms as a condition of taking appointments through Doctor2me.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation.

MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES

If you are a Medicare beneficiary and the appointment you booked is for a service covered by Medicare, Medicare's rules govern what you may be charged and control over this policy.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. Any change applies only to appointments booked after the updated policy is posted. The version in effect when you booked governs your appointment.
