Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email intake@doctor2me.com as early as possible.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% service charge.

If the doctor has already departed for your location or has arrived at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
