Inga Zhibkova, RN, MHA, BSN, PHN

Co-Founder and Client Success Director

Inga Zhibkova is the Co-Founder and Client Success Director of Doctor2me. A healthcare entrepreneur and nursing leader with more than 25 years of experience, she brings a background in clinical care, healthcare administration, and business development to her work helping patients and families access care at home and virtually.

At Doctor2me, Inga leads client success and care coordination and builds relationships with independent physicians, ancillary healthcare providers, and senior living communities. Her work focuses on making the process of arranging care clearer and more convenient, with personalized support and transparent pricing.

Inga is also the Co-Founder and Administrator of XL Care, a Medicare-certified home health agency serving Los Angeles County since 2004, where she pioneered telehealth in 2005.

She earned an Executive Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USC in 1999. She is a Registered Nurse and Public Health Nurse.

Inga is a women's health advocate focused on perimenopause and menopause, and represented the cause at the first Perimenopause and Menopause Capitol Hill Day in Washington, D.C. in September 2026.

As a community educator, Inga shares healthcare education and resources with families and professionals. She also participates in community health events, speaks on healthcare topics, and mentors healthcare professionals.
