Every physician goes through license verification, DEA registration confirmation, malpractice history review, and a background check before their first house call.

Pricing & Payment
-
Our house call service operates on a direct-pay model. We don't bill insurance directly. However, we provide a detailed superbill so you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
That's actually the point. Doctor2me is cash-pay by design – you're not navigating claims, prior auths, or explanation-of-benefits statements. One flat price, paid direct.
-
A superbill is an itemized receipt with CPT codes and diagnosis codes that you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network house call doctor visits.
-
It depends on your plan. PPO plans are more likely to reimburse out-of-network than HMO plans. We recommend calling your insurer to ask about out-of-network benefits before booking.
-
No. Doctor2me is a direct-pay house call service and does not participate in Medi-Cal or Medicare programs.
-
Not through direct billing. You can use your FSA/HSA, and you may submit our superbill to your PPO for partial reimbursement.
