Sex and Sensibility is a somatic sex education and sexological bodywork practice founded by Sylvie Barak. The practice supports individuals and couples navigating sexual health concerns, pelvic and genital health, intimacy challenges, menopause-related changes, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation. Sessions combine body-based somatic practice, consent-centered education, psychoeducation, and tailored skill-building. This work is not talk therapy or medical diagnosis; it is evidence-informed, shame-free, and designed to help clients reconnect with their bodies, boundaries, desire, and intimacy.
